Ihave been playing swg for about a month now and just recently made Tk novice. i think i am doin pretty well for my play style and the time i have avalible to play. However i am not sure my stats are in the right spots as i hear of folks killing much bigger mobs with less difficulty then i have. I am hoping for a little constructive advise from more experanced Tkas and players. My stats are as follows; Health1080 strength 577 con 477 Action 894 quickness 459 stamina 409 mind 600 focus 375 will 375.... I am human and some of my stats were reallocated when the devs patched and said they were to high then took it back out. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I'm a human TKM and also Master Medic, my stats are:

900/400/400/900/400/400/900/500/600

Mind is the only pool I really worry about getting hit in, hence the higher secondary stats. All main pools are even so as not to show a weakness on first glance

It's difficult to recommend the best stats. There are several variables. I survive the tough fights by wearing armor and healing myself with stim packs and by sending in my pet which I normally hold in reserve. You may want to consider increasing Mind and Willpower at the expense of Srength and Quickness. 600 Mind is simply not enough to survive for long whether or not you have medic skills. My stats, which I'm in the process of moving away from Health are:

1100
400
450
850
400
500
800
400
500

Please note I'm probably in the minority as re Str, Quick and Focus. I seelittle effect at my level with or w/o armor (that affects these stats)on the special moves that I haven't bothered increasing them. I am a fan of regen, but the only regen that probably matters is Mind (Willpower).

Keep in mind that as a Human we don't have the Stats of a Wookie, the Naturalunarmed abilities of a Transdoshan or the Willpower of a Zabrak, but I find it rewarding nonetheless.

You willpower is too low. I would give you my stats but I am currently changing them and my stats would not be a fair comparison. Since I am a master doctor I can buff my health, action, const, stam, etc up. The only thing I cant buff is my mind, willpower, focus, so I'm going to drop stats and move them into my mind, willpower, and focus.

When doing your stats keep this in mind...you or someone else can heal your H and A but no one can heal your M. Keep your M high if you don't want to die quickly. It sucks to be laying on the ground with full H and A but no M.

Selwyn-

Your health and action seem kinda low. What boxes of medic do you have? Just to see how well you can heal your health and action. I usually hunt with at least one other person.. usuallya medic or doctor of some sort, but I've been forced to hunt alone at times. Of course with someone healing me I get tka xp much quicker.

Max out your regen stats(The 3rd, 6th, and 9th on the list)

With the remaining points balance out your Health, Action, and Mind.

If you have any kind of good medical skills as I think most of us do (including me) your mind should be your main focus because you heal from it and 60 something mind can mean a full H and A heal. Good tradeoff. Secondly, all of your secondary skills (i.e. Strength, Quickness, Focus) govern how much drain specials and even attacks cause to your HAMs....basically like natural armor and more...thus they should be as high as you can make them.

Now, personally, the regens on your Health and Action (Constitution, Stamina) can't regen fast enough to make any real difference in battle and they heal fast even at minimum when you sit/meditate after a fight so minimizing them is a good choice in my opinion.

Mind is your friend...in all aspects...obviously, your focus should be maxed so that each stim use causes as little drain as possible(I lose about 65 or so per heal) as well as taking less damage from all those eyeshots(I purposefully pound BH's that do that to me extra hard). The regen on this is different than with Health or Action's regen stats because in the course of a fight, you could regen 60 or so points which could be enough for a full heal and thus, give you the extra boost to come out on top.

Good Journey
