Dizzy then lunge1 worked for me several times today. They stayed dizzy and down for a while.

Usually I used Dizzy then knockdown1 but when they got up dizzy was gone.

Seems to work with lunge1 but not knockdown1.

Plus having lunge1 and knockdown1 on the same timer is a pain, so don't use them that much.

I've had a lot of success making a target dizzy, then knocking them down. While they are down, you've gotta pour it on (unarmedhit2, etc). While they are down, they take 50% more damage, and you don't get hit, too. Which is ALWAYS a good thing. If the dizzy stays in effect, a few rounds later, they will fall down all by themselves.

This is my theory from what I've noticed with my use of KD2 lately. It seems that if the person is hit with the dizzy, and SUCCESSFULLY stands up through it, the dizzy vanishes now instead of remaining. Almost like a saving throw, if you will. If they don't make it up, then the dizzy lasts until they do, or are dead.

Here's what I know for sure:

KN2 which has the dizzy effect, works on players (pvp) though I'm not sure if it has more of a chance to be resisted or not, but the dizzy effect of KD does not immediately go off another player, and I kept an opponent down the other night with KD2 because of dizzy, and again a couple nights before that, which is when I came here to ask questions about it.

The dizzy from KD2 does not seem to work on NPCs, my impression is that dizzy of any kind doesn't seem to work at all with NPCs but I'm not sure about there.

Here's another thing: KD and Lunge 1 are on different timers. KD and lunge 2 are not, but KD and lunge 1 are. So, I find myself doing this opening: KD2, stun, blind, intimidate, dizzy, lunge1 -- lunge1 sometimes makes them fall down due to dizzy. If they are a player, there's a change they'll have some good trouble getting up. If they are NPCs, dizzy doesn't do much -- in fact some times I save lunge1 in case a target tries to get away.

I am getting mixed feedback.

Some TKAs say the effect of Dizzy is gone after you knock someone down, others say applying Dizzybefore knockdown keeps your target down longer.

Which is it?
