does anyone notice a differance ?

does the resistance to posture change or knock down work?

does resistance to blind and dizzy work ?

what about ranged defence?

It depends on who you ask. I have +30 defense to both melee and ranged being a master squad leader, and they must work because I seem to be one of a very small group of people who do well at all as a TKA, if you believe the boards.

I have just the mods from TKM and Master Brawler, and I do pretty well in PvP (f'n eyeshot flavor of the week BHs are starting to annoy me though since they NEVER MISS while running at 60m....). I have noticed once or twice in PvE the lowered posture change message, but I haven't actually kneeled down. Combat Equilibrium at work maybe?
