i think Teras Kasi has alot more chinese martial arts philosophy than anything else, not just in combat but in their spiritual role aswell. the teras kasi reminds me alot of taoism, which is how i roleplay my TKM. a blend of taoism, and Chen Taijiquan(pronounced Tai Chi Chuan). George Lucas stated alot that he based the jedi on the principles of the Northern Shaolin, im sure they might have been an influence for the Teras Kasi aswell.

Considering Lucas had nothing to do with the invention of Teras Kasi, I don't think citing him as a source qualifies.
However, the person who did create Teras Kasi, Steve Perry, says it's more like Pencak Silat Serak, an Indonesian martial art.
