It is broken, but your timer should budge when you use it, it just budges in the wrong way. Usually the first time you get incapped you'll have like a 10-15 second timer. After you hit force of will that timer jumps up to like 50 seconds instead.

Many apologies if this is in a sticky or something.... I looked but didn't see reference to it.

Anyway, FoW isn't working for me. I activate it, get a system message saying... well, whatever it says when it works, but my timer doesn't budge.

Anyone else?
