I was wondering if anyone knows what drops VK enhancers? I know the nyms guards used to, but I'm not sure anymore.
Correction---High Frequency Vibro Motors is what I'm looking for.

What are the good component drops for VKs and where are they located? I saw a thread a while back but I cant find it anymore.

You want a High Powered Vibro Motor off of Nym pirates and droidekas on Lok (powered, not frequency, and certainly not the "finely tuned" ones). It will add to the max damage of any VK made with it (usually 20-30 points). Nym folks also (rarely) drop VKs with DOTs (not very good ones).
Or you can fight Nightsister Elders on Dantooine, they drop really awesome vibro motors (we're talking over 100 damage bonus) but sadly, they are 100% resist kinetic so you need to use some non-TK profession and probably some friends if you want to fight them. They can also drop VKs, really nice ones.

I thought there were more components then that.Yeah I could of swore there were other components besides the motors.
So what you are saying is I can do the nyms on lok or the nightsister elders on Dantooine not Dathomir?

Dathomir. That was a typo. 
That's it for VK components. There are many components, but they're for other weapons like swords, guns, etc. For example, rancor teeth are used as sword cores (and suck). Krayt tissues are only for guns. There are blaster power handlers, various bones, barrels, stocks, geonosian cubes, etc. but none of those work in VKs.

Dath... he means Dath .... bear in mind that NSVBUs are VERY hard to find now. Base dmg on a NSvbu is 20-35 or something. In order to get the +100 class motors you need to find a yellow drop run.

Meaning ... Nyms are like Krayt tissue for VK's ... and NSVBU's are pre-made ready to be slotted into a weapon.

Some weapon enhancements have yellow-colored text in the name, and those tend to be more powerful than normal.
That applies to all kinds of enhancements. I used to have some yellow text pistol barrels.
