I am hearing rumors that the Teras Kasi profession is being nerfed with publish 10. Can someone confirm these rumors and summarize the changes being made?

On the weekend, I created a character on TC2. TKM/master riflman/fencer 4440. The TK part of it was working normally and I never saw anything out of the ordinary.

i doubt tka will get nerfed swordsman on the other hand HAD BETTER be nerfed

Swordsman is fine. They have great weapons, and can target mind, but they are slow (+75 speed at master, +80 with master brawler), they are inaccurate (+130 accuracy at master and some weapons like powerhammers have -45 accuracy), and their defenses are pretty lousy compared to other melee professions (hardly any state defenses, and a total of +20 melee defense, +15 ranged defense).

well i hope it doesnt get nerfed EVEr 
I have just started a new character on Starsider, and im 1242 TKA, and i love it ! it seems like there is nothing wrong or out of balance with it(yet hehe)

Why? because they are better in PvE?
Swordsman are adequate in PvP, but by no means great. They have iffy defenses, but a huge offense, they are PvE Tanks/Scrappers, and they are good at it. Swordsman is as balanced as its gonna get till the combat rebalance, when they fix the issues with HAM and mind attacks.

There isn't really reason to bump this thread. There will always be cries of nerf, and there will always be rumors of nerfs. Unless you see a Developer or Correspondent Post stating it, then most likely it is not going to happen.
