What are these mainly usefull for?

What are average unsliced stats?

What do they fetch on the market? (server econemies taken into account)

I assume you mean the Nym motors? They usually give around +20 to max damage (only max not min) but can go over +30. I have no idea what price they go for, even on Corbantis. Well, I was in an auction about a month ago where a VK with a motor on it was selling for about 500K, but I don't if that's typical.
