where do I loot these? is there any missions I can take to increase the chances of looting a nyms vk motor

As far as I can tell, just about any Nym NPC has a chance of dropping them. So you have your choice of camping out in the Stronghold or taking a couple missions and killing any Nym NPC's you see along the way. Don't forget to hold on to the other loot these fellas drop either. The other weapon enhancements are sought after by WS's too, even though you can't use them in your VK, the WS you take your motors to may be willing to cut you a deal by giving him the other stuff.

I looted 8 of them, including some that were 22 max, just trying to get to my pilot trainer at Nyms and the hotel. They hate me it seems.
