Unarmed Damage is not currently capped. However if you read the stickies you will see that Unarmed Damage tapes are broken.

However you can still up your damage by taking Rakririan Burnout Sauce (which is a food incase you didn't know) which will increase the skill for a short time (havn't used any in along time so I can't remember average stats of it).

The last burnout sauce I had was +21.168 unarmed damage, 26 stomach fill, 16mins 36secs duration (NDC Bar & Grill,Mashedville, FarStar)

It isn't capped at TK Master, but, unarmed damage tapes and sea's are not working currently. You can benefit from Rakririan Burnout Sauce, which will add roughly +25 to your unarmed damage (depending on the skills of the chef)

would it be worth it though? im currently making up a food layout for pvp with my tk

Imo, no. Not now anyway, the developers haven't said if those particular SEA's will be fixed.

But with the CU on the horizon, I would hold on to it. Just in case.
