If by maximum damage you meen the Damage skill mod then no there is not a maximum, however the skill tapes for enhancing this do not currently work & so you cannot excede the damage you have as a TKM. Though you can use a food called Rakurian Burnout Sauce which does enhance this damage (for around +24) for 10mins.
