I looted my first ever VK loot from an enraged bull rancor.
Stats are:
Dmg 21-110
Attack speed 3.0 
Mind-Fire DOT
Warcry+10
Def vs KD +10
Curious to see if anyone has ever looted a Vk as well

Honestly man thats kind of a crappy VK. I've got a speed sliced VK that cost me 11000 and the specs are:
Dmg - 205
Attack speed - 1.6
Forgot the other specs but its a dang good VK and I didn't have to pay that much for it. (I'm at work soI can't log on to galaxies )
I noticed it had fire DOT, +warcry10, and knockdown defense +10 so maybee you should have someone slice it and see if you can get that VK up to speed and hit damage.
I'd keep it because you won't get that much for it.

the dmg doesnt matter, its the dot and the stat modifiers that matter, and it is pretty nice, i cant give you an exact price on it because that all varies from server to server, and if you find someone dumb enough to pay a whole buttload of credits for it.

and at master or even power 4 the 3.0 spd makes no difference neither does the dmg really since the dmg from the vk only adds to your dmg and gives you ap1.

Whats the strength of the mind fire?
The only vk I use is my mind poison vk which I wouldnt trade for the world, and its 3.5spd 64dmg. My 220dmg vks have been sitting collecting dust forever. I dont use VKs in PvE and I use them in PvP only for the mind dot.
As long as the vk has a decent strength dot on them I'd buy them in a heartbeat. Maybe it's just my playing style but VK damage doesn't mean squat to me, and neither does the speed. Ham cost and the AP1 mean the most, and a vk such as this would be worth a couple hundred thousand to me, especially with the mods it has on it. Awesome find.
