Thread: Tired of Pikets-What should else should I hunt?

Looking for cash and I have had it with Pikets. Forgot the number of how many Gnorts get killed a day but it feels I've done that with Pikets. What else can I kill that gives me good credits? Something not on Dantooine.

Feral bantha are great. Just use knockdown once followed by one or two normal attacks for 1200exp. You quite literally can slice through groups of 8 non-stop within around a minute. Thats 9600exp every 60 seconds if you allow the herd to get large enough.

For cash? If you're looking for something to solo for cash, Giant Baz on Dathomir are the way to go. Equip a weapon you aren't skilled with (like a CDEF pistol if DON'T have ANY Pistol skills) and you can find Giant Baz missions that pay 11k and only have a distance of 600-950m.

I've found giant baz nitches to be great. Also, Nym camps on Lok, they pay somewhere around 10k a pop and for the smaller camps you uaually only see 2 or 3 guys. The best part about the camps if you are only looking for money and not xp is that you have less to kill.

If you're looking for cash, go and have a word with a Master Doctor or BE and ask them what resources they want now and agree a price. If they are selling stims, they have an awesome knowledge of the current resources and are usually more than happy to tell you what they want and where to find it. I am paid up to 60 cpu for some resources and RARELY less than 30 cpu. Get some Veghash, which gives you +17 to Harvesting and off you go. To put it into perspective, last Saturday Iearned 810k from Tatooinian Carnivore meat (27k of meat). Not bad for a day's work.
Just one other comment, if you group with a bot for the extra exp, you get far less harvest (about half), so if it's just cash you're after, leave the bot in the datapad.

I usually join up with a huge hunting group at the Mining outpost and find Mokk or Kungan missions! About 20-25k a pop and only 3 mean little npcs to thump. I would'nt try it if you aren't close to TKM though. Make sure you disband after you get the missions.

I can testify to that. I was there once killing those birds for herbivore meat (why BIRDS have HERB meat instead of AVIAN meat is beyond me), and they kept doing that. I'd get them down to about 50, then BAM... they took off. Those things can clear 100m before you can run 5.

If you are not looking for a lot of xp, try bloodstained mereks on endor. Yes, they have 7 - 8k hams (forgot exactly how much 
), yes they area gressive, and yes, they DB. HOWEVER, they have no kinetic resists! The missions are in the 9k - 11k range. At TKA 2122, I could easily do one of these missions with PB being my only buff. Just make sure that you have some decent kinetic armor, since they are social. Happy hunting!

BTW, on endor, stay away from lantern bird missions. Not only are they annoying, but they will gang up on you, and then fly JUST out of your reach for 1 minute, while 3 others peck at you. If you fight them, be sure to either use KD, or carry a ranged weapon to finish them off.

I do Graul Mauler lairs on Dantooine.... 11k per mission and great XP
