Thread: Nerf TK? Just buy 80% kinetic resist composite
I just have to say, you are not imune to everything in your uber-sliced-350K-a-piece composite armor. We rfilemen have something called the jawa ion rifle. Everything is pretty much balanced in PvP ATM, the only thing that's wrong is kiddies with no brains who rush in there thinking this is counter strike. This game has strategy, when i fight with my TKA i use usually around 12 different hotkeys, yes, 12, that's half of my bar, and i have trouble deciding wich moves to keep up there because everyone is USEFUL in a given situation...
So please, before you cry for nerf, or you whine, or blame the devs, etc, get two ounces of intelligence, thank you...

Personally I'm not vunerable to your funny rifle.

80% Kinetic doesn't really matter when I'm warcried, KDed from 20m (dang those are some long arms) and hit for 100 pts of damage every second even after the 80% deduction because of armor. Oh not to mention I can't hit you or KD you myself because your defenses are so high and you, yourself have 80% comp with a stun layer. And I'm a big freaking target because I have zero defenses as a BH.
But, with that being said: Here's a crazy idea; instead of NEFING TKA why not make all the professions just AS FUN as TKA. Crazy concept people. Its not all about strategy some combat professions need some serious love to even compete. TKA, looks to me to be a lot of fun. I saw a TKM/Commando clearing out Kadaara by himself. Taking on STs like most people take out Mummer Thugs. It looked like fun to me. I said, "dang, wish I could do that". We even dueled for fun (I wasn't buffed or armored) and I didn't get one hit shot (warcry, 20m KD, 500dmg, 400dmg, 500dmg, incap). I didn't whine and say nerf TKM. I thought, "dang that looks like fun".
Just my 2 cents from a *rational* BH. Bottom line: don't nerf something people are having fun with. Make the game fun for the rest of us as well.

) that switches to the 4th pane and then puts on my armor and buffs me with food and/or spice. Also I have macro buttons that equip my default weapon for that type (pistol, carbine, LLC) and switch to the appropriate specials pane. On that pane I also have different weapon types for what I'm fighting. Three different pistols (tangle, scatter, republic blaster), two different carbines (nym's, laser carb) and two different LLCs (one high damage and one low speed).

Yeah food is great and I love it. But, remember you can only eat so much food. I'm still learning how to juggle it all. Do I fill up on Vasarian Brandy to keep mind from being drained by rifleman and fellow BHs? Or do I load up on defense to KD and systake for defense? I just have got to go through the list and see what will work best for me. Publish has only been out for a little while give me some time!
What I like about BH is that its hard to compete. I perfer the challenge. I like to think on my toes and try and figure stuff out. I hope they don't change TKA because the way I see it, if you let a TKA get close to you, you should be dead.
