Okay, here's the template:-

Teras Kasi Master

Fencer xx4x

Bounty Hunter 3xxx

That eats up all my SP. The purpose ? I want to hunt Jedi, but I want to do it melee rather than ranged, my char is based on a character I RP'd (Wrote stories about.) who was a Teras Kasi Artist hired to Hunt Jedi by Vader and co - I want to keep within that Ethos as much as possible.

Thoughts are: - Will Stun Baton, Gaderffi Stick, or Vibro Knucklers do the most effective Damage? I understand VK are AP1 so I am right in saying good VK will be the best bet?

What about hitting with a decent Janta Knife with Poison DoT, then changing to VK?

Foods:-

Does the Synth Steak, Pikatta Pie Brandy rule apply to TKM vs Jedi ? If not what is the better alternative?

Which combinations are most effective ? Bearing in mind the Jedi will be doing alot of force healing?

How about states? What are the most effective way to land good states on Jedi?

Opinions ?

speaking as both a jedi AND a tkm (and former tkm/bh...was sad time for me lol)...

synth steak and keep yourself as empty as possible to reapply it when needed. brandy is a must

ithorian mist is also handy along with a nym vk.

remember jedis can heal while kd...and clear states...but it costs fp and time. keep them intim and warcry when needed to get a breather for you...have pixie and moun on hand

especially since you dont have any medic...you're gonna be a disadvantage. you'll stnad a better chance against any of the pub9 fotm (mls/enhancer/heal4004) than any of the current templates going on.

either way its a fun challenge and really...the best thing is to find a jedi friend to duel and practice tricks and attacks on

i wouldnt bother with Fencer at All , maybe pick up the BH pistol Line , , TKM on its own can beat a jedi , quite easy , use your States Stun dizzy blind, Stun is very important as some jedi have a smuggle move which is a git , but get a good VK dont bother waering armour as well it doesnt help you , food helps alot , also the PSG's can give you Lightsaber resistes , but this is a bug im not sure if they fixed this ,but just think before you hunt them and stalk you mark first to hit them at there weakist time

Thanks guys, great info, so you don't think the +Dodge and Defence Bonus from Fencer are worth it ?

Also, tactic wise - I'm planning to stalk for a good time to hit, then open with a high power bomb droid, then dive straight in with the states, KD, Dizzy etc.

I take itfrom outright damage VK are the Best Bet, erm ,what are Nym VK ? I never heard of them, are they common? What are the stats?

Is there any food I can eat which will heal ?

Thanks !

you i wouldnt bother as we have a good defence anyway and can only use Dodge with a fencer weapon equiped , get a good nym VK ( they are looted off Nyms guards on lok the VIbro units anyway some times posion dot ones too) but they are good damage ones most of the time ,

tactics are best here stalk then hit what they not ready for it Bomb droids are good but if they see them they run , but just pratice and you will get better , and have back up food as the other poster said it helps alot so does Pixie and moun

Stack states. Continuously. The more the Jedi has to heal, the faster the force will drop. Jedi without force = incap.

Keep a very close eye on your mind ham. Knucks will kill you at least as fast as they kill your opponent.

When you see your mind get below 50% drop the knucks.

Intimidate, stun and dizzy will be your friends.

If you can't do a KD because of food buffs don't forget the power of the lunge.

Hmmm, so no dodge with VK's equipped?!

Would I better spending the points getting Master Brawler? Erm, is that enough points ? No, but what about the defences??

I'm really not sure about those point spent on fencer now... Would they be better in Bounty Hunter or Medic? Or more Brawler ?!

That's annoying,,, tell me it;s not true....

Thanks for the info though - I'd ratehr know now than after I ground it all out..

Well, you could just try a few different options and see what you like best. I definitely recommend medic always. It will save your life more times than you can imagine, even if you only have novice.

It doesn't take very long to get Master Brawler. Try it and see.

Does anyone have definite Info on whether Dodge works with Vibro Knucklers in Hands ?

This is going to cripple my template and my chances of good success rates if it's true...

tkm/bh 4xxx/pistoleer xx43.

synthsteak, 2 brandies, mind/doc buffs, thatokill, vegesparine keep some moun/pixie on the tool bar also feep some parawan nutricake on the toolbar too for when you need to run only eat it when not dizzy though.

Get some BE clothes that give you an intimidate bonus. Get a 200+ damage vk.

use intimidate always kd2 then all states, remember unarmed lunge1/dizzy can kd the jedi while they're moving. After kd/dizzy spam unarmed 3 with some dizzy thrown in to keep him/her down as soon as they get up go back to intimidate/kd/apply states. Also use COB it makes a big difference.

Finally when b1tch slapping a paddy don't forget to shout "Agricola's your daddy!"

you can never have enough defenses. And if you want to kill jedi then right before your misson go and buy a brand new psg you will see why after you equip it before the fight and the jedi is doing barely any damage espcially if you have 40%steak and him intimidated. But personally i dont think tkm has puts out enough damage to kill jedis. You have to be able to last a long time to get there force bar down all the way. If anything master pikeman and get a badass pike, or master fencer and get meditate from tkm. Go spend some money on a good acklay bone and get a good gaffi baton made. With a 400damage acklay baton you can kill jedis np.

Dodge does not work without a fencer or pistoleer weapon equipped.

Ps: Go fencer 0400 instead for the defense vs KD and posture down. Jedis will hate that they cant KD you easy and do double damage while you are on your back.
