Do you get 100bf EVERY time you FOW or just some times?

As someone else said before, Force of Will has side-effects, you're not always going to stand up fine.
You say you have been TKM for 6months & never had wounds of BF, in that case you are very lucky. The side-effects have been there for as long as I can remember (I've been TK since January). Normaly I find I'm lucky & don't suffer the effects, but from time to time I do.
Theres several degrees of what can happen:
Fail
Up with many wounds & BF
Tempory HAM loss
Stand up with no side effects.
I may be wrong here but I think the amount of HAM you have left at incap also plays a part in it. (Theres probably more information in the Stickies about the side effects, you might want to check there for full info, I would give you a link but I'm eating my dinner ^_^ )
As for the Doc & Food buffs. Are you sure you lost them or did you just loose the information from your Status Screen? (It seems to be a common mistake from people of all playing Experience).
If you go LD for too long all of your buffs get reset as well. I can't remember the exact time frame, but it happens.
Actually, you get BF every time you get wounds, so you should be getting BF every time you get wounds from a failed FoW.

Last time I was only bout 1 min LD. You lose Buffs after 10 min. And I didn't had them after FoW 100% sure.
Although last night I ended up with a hundred or so wounds.

FoW works based on a roll. Sometimes you get what you hope for, other times you get nothing.
Nowadays, if I go LD for any length of time no matter how short, I lose sight of my buffs - but they're still there. Don't know how long it takes for the buffs to actually be gone altogether.
