when i asked him he said something about having tera kasi abled for him to have armor wearing capabilities,whats up with that?

To use any jedi abilities no armor can be worn, but if they wish they can put armor on and use normal skills such as TK to kill.

a jedi can put armor on, but they lose cert for their LS and abilities. if they have non jedi stuff they can still use armor for that.
