Thread: We're totally nerfed!
The patch notes say we had our damage upped? WTH are they talking about? I'm 0,1,3,2 and I do significantly less damage now than I did before the patch.. Significantly.
I also seem to take more damage than I used to. Far more damage.
I was actually happy with TKA pre-patch.. Guess that should have been a sign that a nerf was coming ![]()
I one-punched a Trooper SX-814 today for 3565 damage. I think we're doing a fair amount of damage against AI andNPC's.

You are mistaken the dmg is exactly the same as it was prepatch. The patch notes repeated things that alrdy took place in previous patches. This dmg increase took place then they changed bothnovice tka and master tka from 20 dmg to 40 dmg increase.

Again they did not nerf tkas. Unarmored you are taking exactly the same dmg as before. Armor has been buggy since the patch sometimes kinetic resist armor is'nt working correctly.
In closing they DID NOT NERF TKAS. The only TKA specific change was in powerboost.

The trooper would have been wielding a rifle so you did 2.5x normal damage.
We arent nerfed just get your skills up and you will see or go find NPCs and AI with Rifles then you can do descent damage lol. Im 0-1-4-2 and can hit for good damage i mean i cant one punch a storm trooper but i can get it in 3 hits while i knock him down.
Teal'c TKE

after kd on a storm troooper every punch with vk's on was doing over 1k dmg
All I know is that pre-patch as a 1-1-3-1 TK using UH2 and VK's (try undertsnading that if you're not an SWG player!) I was getting 2K a hit. Now, as a 1-1-4-1 (I leveled on patch day) I'm getting 1200 a hit. Sucks to level and hit for less.

Not exactly.
When you hit something now if you watch the numbers above the npc you hit, head. You will see that the damage number color is different. Meaning that when you hit them you damaged 2 or all their HAM bars in one attack. IE it said you did 500 damage but in reality you did 1500 just 500 to every HAM bar.
