Once i get TK novice what is some good ways of geting exp? I aready have adv.0,0,0,2 thoughbecause I had so many left ove combat exp. So if ya got any advice plz tell.

Get in a group and go to Dantooine to the Agro outpost. Find a group of huurtons (stalkers, howlers, etc), and pound away. Those are very very good for experience. Others probably have other sites as well but those worked for me very well.
