I made this macro a month ago and I forgot that this was even an issue until I saw talk of it on the message boards. Not sure if this is common knowledge, but I haven't seen it mentioned. The macro is-

/sit
/pause 1
/meditate

Being able to sit without pausing seems to get around that whole problem, when done before meditating. You still need a short pause, but it's nowhere near as frustrating, and I haven't had one "cannot meditate" message since then. Hope this helps some people out.

I just made a similar macro.

People around you might see "Skidding Knee Disease", a lesser but still serious form of "Skidding Bum Disease". The server updates a bit after you move. So if you truely are running when you sit, you appear to sit and skid. It's actually quite amusing for observers.
