Can someone tell me why a Novice Marksman Moves better and avoids more attacks FRESH out the gates then a Master TK ???

Do I have bad computer randomizer rolls or does the Marksman have really good ones ? Is this a fluke ? Why is this this way ?

Rolls I have no idea . Fluke no way tested it ( Cant figure out why it happens ) I Want to know why .
