How do I get close enough to do damage to someone in PvP when they just hit and run? I will try to fight someone and they just put a bleed or a dizzy and run away. Its very fustrating because I get get close enough to do any damage. Usually I will get incapped and they run back and DB me.

Where are the rest of your skill points allocated?

For an additional 48 points you can master brawler and get a 20m knock down. Or for 49 skill points you can get the pistols line in smuggler (low blow). Both are very good ways to slow down an opponent.

As a pure TK, kiting is a bitch.

I am a master doctor which has pretty much taken up all of my other skill points.

Its fustrating when I can't get within 100M of a bounty hunter thats hitting me with bleed and dizzy. When I do get close they run away.

Make em come to you man, I'll run into banks, cantinas, starports whatever I need to get em on my ground. Master Brawler helps IMMENSLY tho I can tell you that much.
