Thread: The Perpetual TK Novice
I don't post very often anymore (the last thing I posted was that backround info), but I've been a TKA for about four months. As of now, my skills are 0|1|1|0. I don't play often, but with the stories I've read of people becoming masters in two weeks or less, I've grown more intrigued. The best luck I had was Giant Dalyrakes on Talus two patches ago, but since they pack now, I'm out of ideas. Where is this '4k per kill' stuff I've heard about for three months? Maybe I'm just too impatient for this.
Running faction missions would be a quick way to exp for you, KD and dizzy would delay them. But the 4k per kill stuff are on datiooine mainly, Each planet has its good exp animals but datiooine had alot. Id kill Huutons(sp) they will give you about 2 per kill, KD warcry and UH2 would do well..+
Work your way up the power tree and go for Pickets on Dantooine. Once you have TK Expert (Power Tree) completed move on to the Fierce Picket Protectors and Voritor Hunters and work your way up the rest of the balance tree. Once your 0/4/4/0 you can pretty much kill almost any of the 4-5k xp creatures you will find. Hope this helps.

If your willing to settle for 2 to 3k per kill then tat is a great place to hunt. Banthas, Bocatts, Mountain Dewbacks, Mountain squills, Giant sand beatles, all give from 2 to 3k exp per kill and you can do a whole lair without any kind of buffs.
I hunted on Naboo for a while and Giant Peko Pekos andNarglitchs are good exp. There are good missions on every planet if you take the time to explore them and try different types of missions.
it took me 2 days to go from 2/0/4/0 teras kasi to master teras kasi.
just play the class, and eventually you will learn how to use it to its fullest potential.
I prolly got 50k combat experience tonight just goofing off for 3 hours.
2 things:
1) Find a good, solid group (preferrably with a Doc who can resuscitate)
2) "Live" at the Tusken Fort for a few days.
You will gain unarmed XP like mad, learn more advanced group tactics, and have fun in the process. Heck, I'm a TK Master ... and I still head out to the Tusken Fort for the fun of it when PvP and crafting get boring (which is quite often).
Empty?
You sure you're goin' to the right place? The Tusken Fort has a rather high respawn rate now. You can go through it (from top to bottom) in constant rotation, with little or no down time.
Depends on the group you have, of course.
