Depends on what ur goals are....

for PvP go with TKM and Carbinier Master

for PvE go with MCH

but even then there both good choices IMO

Personally I think CH would be redundant. As a TK you'll take hits well enough to not really need a pet. That is unless you want to take super hard mobs but with the CH nerf who knows if even CH's can do that. So I would do carbineer. A nifty little tactic is that you can perpetually keep someone kd-dizzy since carbineer has an non-timered knockdown. Same thing goes for warcry+kd. Plus having aranged attack helps a lot for your ability to be useful in pvp.
