can someone explain the whole concept of meditate to me?
i know it heals wounds and such but can you ellaborate on it

Med I: slowly heals bleeds
Med II: Bleeds a little faster and Poison
Med III: Bleeds a little faster, Poison and Disease
Med IV: allof III plus wounds healed slowly
BF isnever healed by Meditation

No damage is healed by Meditation only wounds, bleeds, poisons, and diseases. Only hehe well thats pretty good really.

I dont even know if my meditate works anymore...il press the meditate button but I just sit down normally, this happen to anyone else??? The exclamation mark comes up to show im meditating but still no animation...

hmm not sure......ive seen ppl meditate before and they always seemed to be sitting on their legs..........not like the standard sit

The meditate animation is a little screwed up for some folks - as long as the icon appears you should be ok.

Some servers seem to have a animation bug that doesnt allow you to see the meditation animation but I believe it still works.

Ah man thats gay, my meditation sucks right now so it's just looks for me *sigh* guess il always sit in the gay position when im meditating.

You'll also get an improvement on wound healing at Master. I couldn't quantify it exactly, but to me it seems like almost double.
I don't even clone anymore unless I need to wake up at a specific place.
