I'm looking to do a lot of pvp with my new found love Saphriss. Her main goal is to master TKA but what else could I use to complement her killing ability?

a pretty face and a nice hair cut do wonders as well as a styled outfitt.

Well, currently the defence can stack ( that will change in a near future ), if you want a sample of template template just do a research on this board with "template" as key word.
The TKA/rifleman template is one among the most popular for PvP.

I'm really liking Teras Kazi/Master Doctor/Novice Scout (1,0,0,0)

First of all you get the benefits of being able to buff yourself and others along with all the healing you can do. (every state I can cause {blind, stun, etc... I can also heal})

Of course the Master Teras Kazi benefits are pretty clear. But, I used my last 18 skill points on Scout for the campsites and Explore one helps me get up hills. I use camps a lot when I'm out hunting so that I can grab my vehicle, heal buddies, or provide buffs.

My first Holo said TK (which I was already working on....) but now that I have the TKM/Master Doc I doubt I'd bother getting a second holo. It's a lot of fun to be able to hang out in med centers and making some side money buffing is pretty nice too.

here's an interesting template im working with.

Master TKA

Master Brawler

Master Scout

Ranger 0 0 3 0

Novice Medic

The reason i did this is b/c of all the changes coming up in Combat Revocation. I figured i would learn the inner workings of the TKA class and exploit its advantages and weaknesses.

However, i have found some real cool features with this template. As we all know "Kiting" is a serious issue with Melee. I have only had the opportunity to PVP one time since gaining my new found abilities. I have noticed a serious advantage on my side. I can simply outrun someone; I found myself in trouble last night and ran up over a hill and i was gone. The enemy turned face and went after someone else ( I know this isn't honorable per say, but it was effective as hell.)

Everyone knows your as good as dead if a TKM gets within 5m from you. Now a TKM with War Cry 2 and Intimidate 2 just amplifies this argument. Toss in the fact that at master brawler you can yeild Night Sister DOT Weapons and now we are talking serious damage.

On top of things, I can now be hired to track animals - npcs - etc for group hunts (Not that rangers can track very well from what im reading

) But it's the thought that counts. The creature harvest are very good - I have been able to harvest roughly 40% more from creatures.

Just a thought - im thinking maybe the devs will throw some unexpected love towards ranger and ill have a really good pve / pvp character.

I paired TKM with rifleman. With a full set of buffs, only TKA's, rifleman, or a load of peopleare able to kill me.

In my opinion, my favorite TKM combo is TKM/ CM(4/4/0/4). great for pvp in groups, but has his limitations for tanking.

Im working on TKM, Commando 0040, rifleman 4004 or so, and some medic.. any views on that?
