I'm almost back up to 175 K unarmed, so I'm asking: should I go for Advanced Power Techniques or Intermeditiate Balance Conditioning (and KnockDown1)?
I've been planning on Power Techniques. I just thought I'd get some opinions on the base value of KD1.

0110 if you are more inclined to PvP. 0020 if you are more inclined to PvE.

I'd recommend 0110 because knockdown with warcry(even just warcry 1) will help you a ton in PvE, and of course it will help in PvP. I'm at 2222 myself and now plan on finishing off the power line. I got balance 2 for the extra toughness and meditate 2 for power boost. Those help a bunch, especially since I play on test where finding a doctor buff might not always be possible.
