Thread: finally TKM
after playing since the second week of release i finally got TKM...i'm also 3-4-4-3 commando
I love my build and will master commando in the future, no way will i give up tka or commando to be a jedi...this was what i had in mind since reading the manual (shouldn't SOE come out with a new manual since every thing that's in there is useless?)
I LOVE TKA!!!!

I LOVE TKA!!!!
and how do you suppose they are going to stop the in flow of bandwagoners comeing to this proffession.?
I plan on becoming a master commando (very soon), Teras Kasi master, and a novice medic. I guess that makes me a medic dabbler? The only reason I say this is because I'm relatively new to the boards even though I've been playing the game for quite a while, and I don't understand why people whine about "dabblers" so much. Why do you care? How does it affect you or the overall gameplay? I do not ask this sarcastically in the least. I'm genuinely interested to know why people give a crap about people that "dabble" when we are all dabblers to a certain extent.
I see the same arguments in the commando forum. Even though I am well on my way to mastering the profession, I have to wonder... why do people care about "dabblers" in the commando tree? When you take into account the fact that the flamethrower lineis so much more badass than all the other commando skills, you can hardly blame people for "dabbling". Hell, i'm reluctant to work on my heavy acid rifle skills AT ALL until they fix it. Why should I flat out throw away skill points?
The big damage jump at Novice is compensation for the horriblegring getting there. I'm a Master TKA and don't want the devs to change it one bit.
I enjoyed the jump very much myself and wouldn't try to take it away from my fellow TKAs, even if they're FOTM types, andespecially not if they're dabblers andare trying new builds that don't involve mastering everything they start.

I wanted this profession the day I read about it, in last August. I got novice back in October and then got tired of all the nerfs so I quit. But I'm glad I chose this class cause it IS the best class in the game. Pray to the gamegods, SOE doesn't nerf the hell out of it, in the combat patch. But even though i'll still remain a TKA.
Lets just say that It took me 6 months to complete, with casual gaming. And it's a well deserved profession. I admire all of those who stuck through with this class during its darkest moments. Thanks for making it the best class, you sure did a lot more then I did to keep the nerfs away. Lets make sure they don't screw us in the next publish.
