How long does this last for?...and is there a timer on it after you do it?

I'm not sure exactly on the time, but it usually lasts me 1-2 missions, depending on how close they are and how long it takes to do them.

I think it is 30 secs to power up, 9 minutes at full power and 30 secs to power down. Its been too long since i timed it to remember for sure.

when you first get powerboost at meditate 2, it lasts around 7 minutes or so. You have a 1 minute *power up* period, then your 7 min buff, and then a 1 minute *cool down* period. More or less each box in meditate after that adds 1 minute to your powerboost length. At Master TKA , powerboost will last for 10 minutes.

Yeah it lasts 600 seconds "10 minutes" the same wih Muon Gold. I usually take the muon wait 2, 3 minutes then power boost. So when my downer hits i'm not down to 90 mind or what everand die. You will still have 400, 500 mind to finish offwhatever your fighting, then rest.

It based off your meditation skill. Something like (5min + (Meditation/100 * 5min)) This is accurate give or take 5%. you can create a macro that will warn you when it is up. Mine is usually accurate to within 5 seconds. But the point is when you master TK you'll have 100 meditation (I think) which translates into a full 10min. Im pretty sure this is how it goes but Im at work so I can't check my macro for the formula.
