/meditate;/pause 2;/powerBoost;
/alarmAddIn 0 2 \#ff9900Power Boost Ready\#;

i use the following:
/sit;
/pause 1;
/meditate;
/pause 1;
/powerBoost;
/pause1;
/stand;
the sit command helps you to get rid of the 'you cant meditate while running' message

The macro from the FAQ is jacked up.
It *does* powerboost you, but the alarms and the warnings and such are all off.
No one seems to be able to help out on how to fix it.
