is accuracy capped at master or not? if not, what's the consequent cap on it?

There are only 5 skills in SWG with real caps:
Dodge, Counterattack, Block, Ranged Defense, and Melee Defense.
Speed has a "cap" of 100 only because the speed mod is a percentage decrease, and a 100% decrease means that your attacks would take no time to attack (giving infinite speed) if it wasn't for the 1 second/attack cap.
Other than that, no skill in the entire game has a cap, including unarmed accuracy.

TKA seems overly accurate anyway at Master, is there any need for extra accuracy?
