Thread: Power Boost in the CU

Is Power Boost also getting a nerf in this CU? It used to give 500 points if I remember correctly. I'm thinking on adding the meditate line to my template to get power boost and meditate, if it is going to be worth it.

Don't know, hope it's worth having. Powerboost has saved my buns more than once, just going from my home in the wilds of Dant to get to the nearest shuttleport. I'd dearly love to have powerboost be what I thought it'd be in live, a very useful ability that could save one's skin when needed.
Though I believe the add is half of your Mind stat now (550 points for me), I might be mistaken there.

I can see it being very useful, if buffs are getting nerfed down to 10 percent. If pb stays at 500, I can see LOTS of people going with that line. We'll all be TKA. lol

I don't beleive they would let such a huge boost in it's current state. 500 sounds like the über god buff compared to the 10% / 20% buffs scheluded for the CU 
But I hope it'll still be useful though

Powerboost will add a boost half of what your mind stat is. If your mind is set for 1100, it will boost 550.

Yep, it adds half your mind stat in the present system.
