Does anyone have any information or know the forum that mentions speed, melee def, ranged def, accuracy, damage, etc caps? Trying to figure out how to bestrespec my template...

currently at lvl 78, i heard that the cap for that is 80, so i'm guessing my skill level with my first attempt at respec is ok, still trying to figure out the new moves and timing... trying to respec it to get the best rounded in defense and in damage
