Thread: what would the stats on a good vk be, now

im looking to buy a VK, new to TKA, 0044 (respec from swordsman, going to TKM/MD tank template) , what would good stats be?

As far as I've seen: none. Don't know it others can confirm but,
actually using a vk is lowering dps (damage per second) and that's all what this game has become.
- doing as much damage as possible
- taking as less as possible

had a decent VK pre-CU with 211 dmg... its spd is raised now and dmg is around 480-something... more damage seems to be dealt without the VK then with, plus much faster. Read this in several other posts on the TK forums and got to see it for myself.
Wierd how TKs seemed to be the fastest dealing class pre-CU now seems as though all other weapons have faster speeds... looking through my cache of weapons i found several higher damage and faster pistols and carbines...

what happened to razor knucklers? they were on TC for a while... did they flake out AGAIN and not put them in live?? i didn't see a schematic for them on the WS skill list...

so why isn't there a category for them on the bazaar?
janta knives are loot drops, and they have a subcategory under 1-handed melee on the bazaar. the massassi knucks, blasterfist and vibroknucks all have categories on the bazaar.... but no razorknucks...
no offense, but if you don't know for fact, please don't present your conjecture as a fact.

TKM on Live is bugged atm. Recommend you don't respec yet.

Yeah .... just got back in after reboot on Farstar ... can't meditate or powerboost...
And i just got slain by a frenzied choku ... force of will still doesn't work either ...

Yep it is, you do about 1/4-1/3rd of what you do without it. Also while grouped hunting lvl 80 stuff on Rori of all places last night I never really noticed my mind and action pools moving at all. Then I decided to equip my VK and see what I did with it equiped......also where I figured out the damage difference......and I look up after just a handful of hits to see my action pool totally drained

so my recommendation is for now at least to forget about using a VK, maybe get one of the new ones when you get higher up in the TK trees.

oh get over it. if you don't know for a fact, presenting a guess as a fact is worse than not saying anything at all. so if you can't actually answer the question with any authority, i'd prefer you to just bite your tongue. don't whine to me that i'm looking for answersand you're just trying to up your post count.
