Thread: TKM works with stacked def and SPIN ATTACK IS BACK JACK
I wonder how the character's speed has a factor in the cooldown. AND another thing does anybody know how to increase the unarmed speed. The best Ive got is 110 and I cant seem to get faster even with a knuckler. It seems that it is slower. I need to do a test run.

Well, seeing as how they won't let me respec Master Dancer...and I spent as long grinding that as I ever have any elite combat professions.
I have TKM and Pikeman 0400 for the spin attack.
Your template though I noticed does not have two masteries in elite combat professions. I thought that to get the max health of 3k you needed two masteries AND one line from a third?
If I'm ever allowed to ditch the entertainer profession they gutted for me then I'll probably take Master Pikeman and a line of swords.
Ok Using the template I want above, if I keep Commando with 0004 marksman that will give me
melee defense- 65
Ranged defense- 55
Melee speed- 5
Melee Accuracy- 30
If I got rid of all my ranged and added Master Pikeman, 0040 Fencer, and 0010 Swordsman I would only get
melee defense- 55
Ranged defense- 20
Melee speed- 20
Melee Accuracy- 20
So basically if I went all melee I will lose defense and accuracy but gain alittle on speed. Which to me sounds wack.
That is why I decided to get that commando. It doesnt seem right to get more melee defense with a ranged than with a melee profession, but if that is how it is then I will use it. Also I can draw creatures out with a ranged weapon so I dont aggro the eniter mob.

why doesn't anyone else but me think throwing smuggler into the mix is a good idea?
Smuggler 0040 (or is it 0400?) gives +40 unarmed accuracy or so and about +20 unarmed speed! Not to even mention the fact you now have droid bombs as well as feign death as well asfactional perks if you wanna grab the smuggler 1xxx box.
The only requirements for smuggler are marksmen 0400 (pistols) and brawler 4000. we already have the brawler so we must spare 49 points to get Smuggler 0040. For all the neat advantages smugglers get (such as droid bombs, factional perks, purchasing factional points, feign death, jawa trading, slicing), the fact that it does have a column which would add (i think) a total of 30 ranged and melee defense. oh well, i guess ill be the only tkm that can slice weapons and armour, although never wears either
