might sound silly, just want to make sure before i start unloading credits on vendors and on the forums... are mods still capped at +25? since your overall speed is general speed + unarmed speed, does this mean i can cap out on both mods? +25 general melee speed(do the tapes or BE clothing exist?)+ +25 unarmed speed? if anyone can answer or add, please do so...
