Thread: TKM/Ranged Question

I looked a few pages back, and did not see this addressed, but if it was, I apologize.

Has anyone tried this mix and determined what TKM defenses are still applied while equipped with a ranged weapon? I am considering taking up TK, but want to know if the benefits (innate armor/defenses) will still work if I switch weapons. Any help is greatly appreciated, thanks.

As far as anybody knows so far, innate armor works fine whatever weapon you use...it's when you equip armor that it breaks. I know I've used various weapons on test, and have been carrying a powerhammer in live, and had no problem surviving with TIA. Well, at least when I'm not foolish enough to take on a level 80 krayt dragon all on my lonesome Those things can hurt.
