i was just wondering recently, will the new cybernetic limbs coming out soon effect our innate armor?

Yes good question, as I was reading the blerbs on ROTW todayand thought about the same thing. It seems the statement implied you would not be able to wear, say a bracer and sholder piece while you have a cyber arm attached. But yes very good question and an official answer would be nice. May 5th is just around the cornor so we will see.

yeah just like a day away 
wouldnt it look cool to wear a cloak and just see 2 robotic hands outside the sleeves? that is of course assuming clothing can go over them, which since we cant wear armor over those areas i cant wear my cloak with them /sadness.
