Also putting attribute points to your stamina will raise your mind pool quicker as raising your quickness attribute will regen your action pool faster. This is what I have noticed playing around with my attribute settings.

He means willpower for the mind and stamina for the action. stamina and quickness are both action atribs.

I did put more points in stamina now but it take so long time to change the stats i did it like 3h ago still no change
