Its been said that when a mob is being KDed, dmg dealt to it will be 50% more. But a mob usually will only stay down for just a brief instant, sometimes getting up immediately. When they get up they will stop attack for around 10secs. Does the 50% dmg include the 10sec"no attack" time, or just the brief moment when the mob is on the ground?

Anyone knows?
