Haven't used armor in months. Didn't matter if it was PvP or PvE. Big money saver for me in my opinion.

Its a very good money saver unfortunately against a good player its also instadeath.

Agreed... I just picked me up a nice set of 73% Ubese from a armor vendor on Dant... only 160k too... several sets left if anyone interested I will post WP...

True, but for me armor is limiting. The high HAM costs and the prices for good armor are a good enough deterrent for me.

What about a tka/doc then. Helmet should be off I think but what about compositeon the other slots?

Whoa. Don't take off your helmet if you're getting hit.

I madea macro to put my armor on and take it off and another one to work my helmet separately. Even with buffs to every stat, mind is the limiting factor. When I fight I usually start without armor and then put on my helmet if I'm taking light damage and my full suit when I'm getting pounded on by multiple enemies (or one or two really strong enemies). But the most important thing is to protect your mind. It's a lower pool when fully buffed, drains faster from your special moves, and comes back slower than the other pools - plus you can always heal your health and action but you have to have mind to do it.

I get my composite for free from the guild armorsmith, so money isn't an issue.

I wear it for both PvE and PvP.

I'm usually buffed as well and I use food/spice to raise my stats, so I'm never feeling the effects of the armor's encumbrance.

No seriosly tho... as TKA do you use armor, and if so what kind is best for TKA???

I like to use 70% kinetic resistubese armor forPvE and 80% resist composite for PvP.

I use a good set of BE enhanced clothes in PvE (warcry and intimidate enhanced)and when I fight in PvP I wear whateverI happen to have on at the time.... (Which hopefully is a set of buffs, advanced comp and a PSG. lol).

Mostly becuase a good set of composite armor is alot more expensive then a set of ubese and since most mobs use kinetic damage its a big money saver.

Plus I just look cool wearing a set of blue ubese although I never wear the helmet.

P.S. I also wear a form fiting undershirt that gives me +15 to warcray and intimidate. I also wear a pair of slotted padded boots with pistol Sea's and I have defense and pistol Seas in my armor.

Oh and 2 ringswith +5 to ranged defense from each.
