Thread: Enough Whiners!!
Well, after figting a TKA the other day, and me only being somewhat TKA, I agree that you dont need nerfed.
A lot of the complaints I hear is about the KD then getting pummled. Well, I'm here to say that the TKA I fought KD'd me and I thought to myself "Oh boy, just as I heard about, its over now." But that wasnt the case. I was on the ground trying to get up and all for a good bit of time, long enough for me to almost give up then realize it wasnt over and fight my back up. I wound up winning.
So the first thing that popped in my head when I got some time to think after about a half an hour skirmish, I decided to think hard about why I won. I know your all looking at my sig and saying master commando thats how bu **edit** wast, cant fire it from on the groud you know.
The fact is, I won because of ubese,composite armor, and having invested some skills into a little defense. I foud all this out by scrolling back up my cobat chat log. Miss, miss, hit for 400 damage armor prevented 80% of it.
It was a tough fight, and it was a long fight, but I think you guys are fine where you are, people just dont want to spend much thought in their skills they invest in or what type of equipment they are carrrying.
I know that defenses are supposed to not stack in the combat rebalancing which I feel is a shame and should just be limited so you can use your head to get around various weaknesses, but no matter, Im sure I'll just have to learn to kite people either with some of our weapons that are getting fixed sopposedly, or with a new profession to go with commando.
I hope that helps, having someone thats not really one of your own point out that you dont need nerfed.
