Thread: Unarmed damage + weapon damage ?

I have had TKM since I started this game 18 months ago, and still wanna keep it. Now, I have looked here and cant find it, and since search option is borked I ask.


Before CU I remember unarmed damage be for itself, then if you equip a knuckler the damage of knuckler came on top of your unarmed damage. And that is naturally as you still hit just as hard, but with metal/steel in your hand. After CU its not like this... and question is... why ?


I dont expect us to be making as much damage as swordsman or other high damage professions, but it would be good with a little more damage so I am not contantly living on the edge of dieing... and to be honest, I dont feel much like a tank atm


If the weapons made for TKM that is in the game already, would add on top of the basic damage we do, I have nothing I want changed on weapon side for TKM and I will keep my TKM. But as it is now, I dont know how long I will wait for something to be better.


So, is it suppose to stay this way, or is it a bug ?

i did a vibro knuckle test. im novice using melee strike. i do 60 damage unarmed nd 200 with vk. another tk master uses same weapon doing power hit. with vk 60 damage, without 400. dont know why the out come is like that.

Without CM I would be dead most all the time, I can tank because of my healing abilities not my TKM abilities.

Then you are doing something wrong...

My main issue is to keep my action flowing....

Yeh actually I will take that back...TKM does save me as far as damage taken goes. I had just gotten in from the Rryatt katarn quest, I was tanking 6 or 7 mystinger bonecrushers or whatever, THEN the only thing keeping me alive was healing, but I guess also the TKM innate armor and COB where also helping....LOL whatever, Im only TKM and have no other melee.


Fact is we need more offensive specials and a little more damage to be an "elite" profession, right now we are a support profession for swords or pike, or just make us faster....
