why do we need to get these, TKA is supposed to be entirely unarmed, but we still need 4x4x in brawler to get it.

Well it was supposed to increase skill point usage so u cant do some4thign but also u ever hear the statement know your enemy it makes perfect sence tks learned the way of 2 hands to b more efficient against them.
