I mean it has a 1200 protection and i am a tkm. ITs a rez arm and do u think it will hurt my defense much.

The rez arm is going to be fixed one of these days so you might as well get your use out of it now.

What do u mean fix is there a glitch and ure saying that i should use it correct.

The rez arm does not make you lose or effect your TK Innate armor in any way. It has an Accuracy penalty of -10 Ranged and Melee if I remember correctly.

I meant at some point to use a rez arm you will need novice doc or cm. Or whatever the devs decide to do, but a fix is coming.

The notes for the next update saysthe rez arm will havea longer timer.

Ok. This still isn't the change to making it limited to Docs and Combat Meds however.

Has this been stated by the devs at some point? I don't currently see how it's overpowering or unbalanced given the fact that is has a 30min cool-down timer associated with it. It's really only useful in the case where there is not a MDoc or MCM present, or they are the one who needs to be rezzed.
I think once they fix the -acc on the arm, that will be balance enough. Want to use it? Ok, here's an accuracy penalty to go with it.
