Teras Kasi Archive

So I'm on the Lucas Arts site, sending in a customer service ticket for my newly aquired Knights of The Old Republic game (was freezing WAY to often) so when i went to select the game i had issues with one of the games in the scroll was "Star Wars: Masters of Teras Kasi" I made a mental note to remember this.

So after I'm done i look in the index for games, checked all the current systems, when i see a tiny playstation tab. I click on it and Star Wars: Masters of Teras Kasi is a choice, so I click it and it sends me to the games site.

Star Wars: Masters of Teras Kasi, was a Tekken, Mortal Combat, Soul Calibur type game, a fighter. The game has you follow around Arden Lyn, a TKM, who has an ancient droid arm. Then I thought "Perfect TKA Weapon!"

I mean if they DO grant us a new damage type, what better weapon but one that already exists in the Star Wars universe. http://www.lucasarts.com/products/masters/default.htmIs the sites address if you want to see the game urself!

Yep…and it was probably one of the worst games ever created.

Actually, to my knowledge, that’s one of the first places the Teras Kasi were ever mentioned (if not THE first). Since then, they’ve gone on to other fame and glory. Though it’s not mentioned in any of the canon material I can ever remember seeing (i.e. the stuff the flannel god himself says is ‘set in stone’) the extended universe makes mention of them several times in various reference books, novels, and the like.

Such as this game. Heh…go figure.
