how do i do it as i just got kd and dizzy so how do i make these stupid tuskens down do i do dizzy kd then warcry to keep em down

It was fixed.

There was a BUG that kept them down. Now they constantly try to get back up till they either succeed in standing (as is intended)or you kill them. I prefer to kill them myself.

In answer to your question, dizzy makes it harder for them to stand back up after you knock them down. It will not keep them down forever. Easier to dizzy them first then KD them as there is a timer on KD but not dizzy. SO if you KD first and dont successfully land a dizzy attack, they are back up immediately.

Warcry will freeze them for 10 seconds. So it can be used as well to help keep them down.

A one handed brawler can have fun with this. A dizzy, a lunge, land another dizzy or two, and watch that NPC keep falling down as he tries to get back up from kneeling. You can keep it going...just add more dizzy hits. A TK Novice can do the same when he attains the first skill of the power tree. That dizzy hit is very effective against NPCs and humanoids, useless against creatures.
