That is what it does 8)) try to use warcry as well for an extra 10 sec delay after knockdown.

Also if you dizzy the mob more times then it will make them too dizzy to get up.

It doesnt seem to work well (if at all) on most creatures.

Try doing it on an npc rebel/imp or something. Chances are they wont be getting up too soon.

When I KD and dizzy.. the KD doesn't last 10 secs and its not even worth trying again as, even tho dizzy, the mob seems immune.. Honestly, I don't see what is so great about this..

I get one hit off before they stand back up.

Mobs always will get up from KD no matter how much Dizzy you apply. You have to use warcry to keep them down, try to time it when they are about to get up to get the most out of it. Now even NPCs get up quick sometimes, and they hit you in the trying to get up animation.

Currently DIzzy KD has been nerfed/balanced. Even NPC will get back up, but they get up, shoot/hit you 1 time then fall over again. Creatures: it has never worked on creatures. They always completely ignored dizzy whenever I tried it.

Does anyone know if this is intentional?

Also we can do this as players too, but I havent figured out how yet. I know a carbineer friend who was dizzy kd was able to get his 1 shot off per stand I'll double check with him.

This, in my opinion, makes dizzy kd what it should have been. It was a tad bit overpowered before.

From what I have read/seen anything with 4 legs (which is pretty much any animal out there) has super high resists to kd/dizzy and even when you do dizzy them they generally dont fall down.

That's been in the patch notes for like the last 3 major publishes (3 months). After every one I've tested it and same results. Anything classified as "creature" completely ignores dizzy. NPC classification is the only thing that is effected. The only time I thought it worked was when KD was bugged and things dindt get up period (with or without dizzy).

hey wamp, i suspect you can only get off one hit on a kded opponent because youre low on the power tree? dont worry, you start off with one hit, then two or three, then more, as your speed gets better. they start to lay down longer too, especially with kd2.

Dizzy+KD will ONLY keep a NPC or Player down. Even then they will continue to try and get up but generally will fall back over.

When fighting creatures use KD+Warcry to keep them down for 10 more seconds. Dizzy will NOT work on a creature.

Keep in mind too, that while they're down, they're not hitting you and you're doing more damage with that one hit you get off. Alternate your lunge in therealso between the KD timers.

I have tried what was recommended and have seen a big increase with the use of these skills with the right targets... One thing that is funny is to see "Dodge" pop up when hitting a downed NPC or creature...

I appreciate the comments and have adjusted gameplay accordingly.
