Can you reset the Katarn quest and do it over? Like an idiot I put my Katarn on my vendor for 5 mil and someone bought the dang thing.

No, u cant. Unless u delete the old character and create new one.

You could always try to buy one from someone else. They are offered in the trade forum of my galaxy quite often. Going price is usually around 1-2 mil, so you'll even have made a profit.
