How much can I buff my mind when using powerboost at the master meditation line level?

Same as you can at Meditation 2. 1/2 your natural mind pool. Any mind buffs you have are ignored.
It will last slightly longer (3 minutes I believe for +30 meditation over med 2). But the effectiveness will not be any greater.
